CALCURVE · PROFESSIONAL BROWSER TOOL

Fitting a line is easy. Knowing when not to trust it is harder.

Fit ordinary or inverse-variance weighted linear calibration from reference values, instrument responses, and standard uncertainties; report coefficients, covariance, residual diagnostics, leave-one-out prediction, and inverse estimates for unknown responses.

Inverse response estimate and interval

A linear fit does not replace residual review, independent check standards, drift control, or a complete calibration design. Weights are meaningful only when standard deviations are reliable and comparable; inverse intervals are approximate and omit unmodeled reference and long-term effects.
